The motion activation mode can operate for up to 24 months; battery life is conserved because recording is triggered only when motion and heat are detected together, such as a human or animal moving. It can record up to 30hrs straight in continuous mode.

Video is recorded in AVI format and stored on a micro sd card (not included). Video files can be played back on any MAC or Windows computer; no extra software is needed! The BC07 can display the time and date your video so you know when each one took place (can be turned off).
