When will my order ship
Most orders placed before 2pm central standard time ship the same day.
What is listed on my credit card statement when I purchase something?
It will simply show up as 'SSW Company' on your statement. Nobody will know this except you. Alternatively, if you pay with PayPal it will only show 'PayPal'.
Will the shipping box or label have any branding?
No, your order will arrive in a plain white or brown box with no identifying branding.
The return address on the shipping label will read SSW Company.
What if I don't want to use my credit card?
Simply go to your local discount, grocery or convenience store and purchase a Visa, MasterCard or American Express gift card for at least the amount of the item you wish to purchase plus any applicable shipping charges. We also accept checks and money orders. Please give us a call for more information at 888-234-4579.
Will you call me or send any invoices or marketing materials to my address?
We will NEVER send anything to you other than your order. Similarly, we will not add you to any email lists because we respect your privacy.
Is there anything that can cause my order to be delayed?
Often times, if you move or change your address and do not tell the bank, they still have the old billing address for your credit card on file. When you place an order and list the incorrect billing address, your order will be placed on hold until we get the correct address.

We will try and contact you by email or phone to correct the issue. If you aren't sure what the correct billing address is, you'll need to contact your bank before placing an order.
How is my information protected?
All customer data is protected by the most advanced security features available, including SSL and CISP.
Will you sell my information or send SPAM?
Absolutely not. The security of our customer's information is our #1 concern and we will never sell it to anyone for any reason. We will not contact you or send marketing material unless you request to receive marketing materials during checkout.
Are all the items offered for sale legal in my area?
There may be specific restrictions on certain items based on the country, state, county or city you live in. Some jurisdictions prohibit the purchase, possession, or use of some items listed for sale on our website. We do not provide for refunds if the product is not allowed to be imported to your country or confiscated by any official authority of any country including customs for your country. Again, before ordering any product you must make local inquiry to determine if the specific type of product you wish to purchase is permitted to be used or possessed in your area.
Do you do back orders?
If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or advise you of the time it will take to deliver the product. Out of stock orders may be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested or the time to deliver is acceptable to you.
Can I return My Item?
Yes. We have a thirty day returns policy. You will need an RMA # and there are some restrictions. Please see our returns page. You can find a link to the returns page in the footer on any page of this website.
